All deliveries are handled by our delivery partners. Delivery of purchased items will be strictly dispatched to the address provided by the customer. If alternative arrangements are required, such as collection from our warehouse, please ensure you contact us in advance.

If delivery is unsuccessful on the first attempt, our courier partner will make additional attempts. It is your responsibility to ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery. If delivery is unsuccessful after multiple attempts, the product may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
