Returns and Exchanges Policy

  1. Return standards and conditions
    1. Exchanges/returns are eligible within 07 days after receiving the package.
    2. Products are eligible for return and exchange only if they are unused, unworn, unwashed, or undamaged, with all their labels and tags completely intact and in original packaging.
    3. We reserve the right to adjust returns if the original items are not received in the new condition mentioned above.
    4. Please note that exchanges can only be done to items at a similar price point to the one you want to exchange.
    5. We do not bear the cost of returning the item, this will have to be paid by you. If you are unhappy with the product, you can always return it for store credits. Provided the return standards and conditions are met.

  2. Eligible Items
    1. All products are eligible for returns, however, to be eligible the products need to be;
      • In the same condition that you received it.
      • Unworn, undamaged and unwashed.
      • With original tags and original packaging

  3. Initiating a Return
    1. To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

      • Provide your order number and the reason for your return.

  4. Refunds
    1. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment.

  5. Late or Missing Refunds
    1. If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days of receiving our notification, please contact us at +94 707 00 4244 or help@themysu.com.

  6. Exchanges
    1. We are happy to exchange items if they do not fit, are defective, or are damaged. To exchange an item, please follow these steps:

      • Provide your order number and the reason for your exchange.
      • We will arrange the most convenient exchange option for you.
    2. Please note:
      • Exchanges can only be made for items at a similar price point to the one you want to exchange.

    1. Shipping for exchanges and returns is handled by us in collaboration with our delivery partners. If you want to make alternative arrangements, please contact us in advance.
