Delivery

All deliveries are handled by our trusted delivery partners.

Sri Lanka:

  • Standard delivery takes approximately 3–7 business days.
  • Orders will be dispatched to the address provided by the customer. If you wish to arrange collection from our warehouse, please contact us in advance.
  • If delivery is unsuccessful on the first attempt, our courier partner will make additional attempts. If delivery remains unsuccessful, the product may be returned to us, and additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Australia:

  • Standard delivery takes approximately 5–10 business days depending on your location.
  • Orders will be sent to the address provided during checkout. For any changes or special requests regarding delivery, please contact us before dispatch.
  • If delivery is unsuccessful after multiple attempts, the item may be returned to us, and additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
