General Care:

Storage: Store your tote bag in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight when not in use.

Usage: Avoid overloading your bag as it can stress the fabric and seams.

Cleaning Instructions:

Spot Cleaning: For minor stains, spot clean with a damp cloth using mild soap. Gently dab the area, do not rub harshly.

Hand Wash (Recommended): If a deeper clean is necessary, hand wash in cold water with mild detergent. Rinse thoroughly.

Machine Wash: If machine washing, use a gentle cycle with cold water and place the bag in a protective mesh bag.

Drying: Air dry by hanging or laying flat in the shade. Do not tumble dry.

Additional Tips:

Ironing: If needed, iron at low heat with a protective cloth between the iron and bag.

Avoid Harsh Chemicals: Do not use bleach or other harsh chemicals.

Delivery

All deliveries are handled by our delivery partners.

Delivery of purchased items will be strictly dispatched to the address provided by the customer. If alternative arrangements are required, such as collection from our warehouse, please ensure you contact us in advance.

• If delivery is unsuccessful on the first attempt, our courier partner will make additional attempts. It is your responsibility to ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery.
