Delivery

All deliveries are handled by our delivery partners.

Delivery of purchased items will be strictly dispatched to the address provided by the customer. If alternative arrangements are required, such as collection from our warehouse, please ensure you contact us in advance.

Deliveries take approximately 3–7 business days. However, in the unlikely event of any issue, such as delays in production, or delays by the courier company, don't panic! Our team is here to assist you. You can contact us via email at help@themysu.com or via WhatsApp at +94 707 00 42 44.

  • For returns policy, please check our section on Refunds and Exchanges.
  • If delivery is unsuccessful on the first attempt, our courier partner will make additional attempts. It is your responsibility to ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery. If delivery is unsuccessful after multiple attempts, the product may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Return Policy

At Mysu, we’re committed to making sure you love what you receive. If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help — whether you're ordering from Sri Lanka or Australia.

Return Eligibility

You may return or exchange your item within 14 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and undamaged
  • It’s in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact
  • You have proof of purchase or your order number
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Returns

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, send it back to us within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, including return shipping costs.

Initiating a return

Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days. Please allow up to 10 business days for it to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.

We’re happy to exchange items if:

  • They’re damaged or faulty
  • You received the wrong item
  • The size or style isn’t quite right

For eligible exchanges that are not due to faults, we can also offer store credit equal to the item’s value. Store credit is valid for 6 months.

Return shipping for exchanges and non-fault-related returns is the customer’s responsibility. We’ll cover the cost of shipping any approved replacement item back to you
